Provider Employee Recognition Awards

The Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board developed the Provider Agency Employee Recognition Program to acknowledge the good work and quality services that are being provided by the employees of our provider agencies, SHAPE organizations and family groups to the residents of Cuyahoga County.

The awards are given on a quarterly basis in the following four categories:

• Direct Service Worker (CSP Workers, Counselors, etc.)

• Office Support Staff (Administrative Assistants, Maintenance Workers, etc.)

• Supervisory Staff (CSP & Partial Hosp. Supervisors, etc.)

• Administrative Staff (CEOs, Clinical Officers, Executive Directors, etc.)

Recipients of the awards are selected on the following criteria:

• Outstanding advocacy efforts on behalf of mental health consumers.

• Demonstrating a direct or indirect positive impact on the mental health of the residents of Cuyahoga County.

• Producing results in the form of his or her agency increased productivity, increased revenues, reduced costs and/or improved processes/operations.

• Demonstrating the values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, quality and caring in the performance of his or her duties.
