The Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board believes in promoting the advancement of consumers through Self Help and Peer Empowerment (SHAPE). The Board partners with SHAPE organizations, run by and for consumers to provide a variety of mental health related service, such as drop-in centers and peer support.
